This notice explains how AVYV ("we", "us") handles personal information collected through avyv.ai. Data that customers connect to the AVYV product is governed by the customer agreement and data processing agreement, not by this notice.
What we collect
- Information you send us. When you request a walkthrough or a Seat Check, we collect your name, work email, company, role and the answers you choose to give. When you email us, we receive your message and address.
- Technical information. Our hosting provider records standard server logs (IP address, browser type, pages requested, time) for security and reliability.
We do not use advertising cookies or tracking pixels on this site. We do use analytics, described below.
How we use it
To respond to your request, prepare and schedule a session, answer your questions, and keep the site secure. We do not sell or share your personal information for advertising, and we do not add you to a newsletter.
Who processes it for us
Our website host and content delivery network, our form handling provider, and our email provider process this information on our behalf under contract.
Analytics
We use Google Analytics to see how the site is used: which pages people read, which links they follow, and how they arrived. This sets cookies and records your IP address. We look at it in aggregate to decide what to write next, and we do not use it to identify you or to build a profile. Your browser's privacy settings, or any standard blocker, will stop it.
How long we keep it
Inquiries are kept for up to 24 months after our last contact with you, then deleted, unless you ask us to delete them sooner. Server logs are kept for up to 90 days.
Your choices and rights
You can ask to see, correct or delete the personal information we hold about you, or object to how we use it, including under the GDPR and the California Consumer Privacy Act. Email info@avyv.ai. We respond within 30 days and will not treat you differently for asking.
International transfers
We are based in the United States. If you contact us from elsewhere, your information is processed in the United States under appropriate safeguards.

We will post any change to this notice here and update the date above.
